How SnapSellGo collects, uses, shares and protects your data — including our integrations with TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google and Canva.
Overview
SnapSellGo is an online marketplace that lets individuals and businesses create a storefront, publish listings, connect with buyers, and promote their products — with 0% commission. The service is operated by THAI LIFE REAL ESTATE CO., LTD. (registration No. 0575560000928, Chiang Rai, Thailand).
This policy applies to our website, marketplace, and connected services, including features that let you publish to or sign in with third-party platforms. By using SnapSellGo, you agree to the practices described here.
Data We Collect

How We Use Your Data
- Create and manage your account and storefront;
- Publish your listings and display them to buyers worldwide;
- Process subscriptions, points and payments;
- Enable messaging between buyers and sellers;
- Let you share or publish listings to connected social accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram);
- Send transactional emails (account notices, points credited) and, with consent, marketing;
- Improve, secure and personalize the service;
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
API & Social Media Integrations
When you choose to connect a third-party platform, you authorize SnapSellGo to access certain data from it. You are also subject to that platform's own privacy policy, and you can revoke access at any time in that platform's settings.
TikTok
Access to your basic profile and, with your authorization, the ability to publish or share content (listings, promotional posts) to your TikTok account on your behalf. We access only what is necessary for this feature. See TikTok's Privacy Policy.
Meta — Facebook & Instagram
Via SnapPost, access to your basic profile, the Pages/business accounts you manage, and permission to publish posts on your behalf, solely to create and schedule posts promoting your listings. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
Google & YouTube
If you sign in with Google or use Google-powered features, access to your basic profile (name, email). Some features may use Google APIs to process text or images you submit. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy & API Services User Data Policy.
Canva
Access only to the designs you explicitly select, to import them into your posts or listings. We do not access your full Canva account or unselected designs. See Canva's Privacy Policy.
Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these limited cases:
- With other users: your public profile, shop and listings are visible to buyers; messages go to the user you contact.
- With service providers: payment processors (PayPal, Stripe), email delivery and hosting, only as needed.
- With connected platforms: when you choose to publish to TikTok, Facebook or Instagram.
- For legal reasons: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, withdraw consent (including disconnecting linked social accounts), and request a portable copy.

Security & Retention
Security. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted passwords, secure (HTTPS) connections, and restricted access. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
Retention. We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
International transfers. SnapSellGo operates from Thailand and serves users worldwide; your data may be processed in other countries with appropriate safeguards.
Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your SnapSellGo account and all associated personal data at any time. Two options:
- In-app: go to your account settings and choose "Delete my account".

Upon a valid request, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except data we are legally required to retain. If you connected a social account (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Canva), deleting your SnapSellGo account also removes the data we received from that platform; you may additionally revoke our access in the platform's own settings.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and analyze usage to improve the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.
SnapSellGo is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
