You can request deletion of your SnapSellGo account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- In-app: go to your account settings and choose “Delete my account”.

What happens next
Upon a valid request, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except data we are legally required to retain.
If you connected a social account (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Canva), deleting your SnapSellGo account also removes the data we received from that platform. You may additionally revoke our access in that platform’s own settings.
