SnapSellGo is operated by THAI LIFE REAL ESTATE CO., LTD., a company registered in the Kingdom of Thailand (company registration number 0575560000928), with its registered office at 228 Moo 8, San Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province 57000, Thailand ("SnapSellGo", "we", "us", or "our").

This Photo & Content Usage Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, display, and use the images, photographs, product descriptions, and other content (collectively, "Content") that you provide to us or authorise us to retrieve when you open and operate a store on SnapSellGo.

By checking the box that references this Policy when you submit or open a store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Your ownership of your Content

You keep full ownership of your Content. Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of your photographs, images, designs, brand, or product descriptions to SnapSellGo. They remain yours.

2. Your guarantees about your Content

By providing Content to SnapSellGo — whether by uploading it directly, by submitting links to your own website or online store, or by asking us to set up your store on your behalf — you represent and warrant that:

• You own the Content, or you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use it and to allow SnapSellGo to use it as described in this Policy;
• The Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party;
• The Content accurately represents the products you offer for sale;
• You have the right to grant the licence described in Section 4 below.

You are solely responsible for the Content you provide or authorise us to retrieve. If you do not hold the rights to a photograph or description, do not provide it and do not ask us to import it.

3. Content we retrieve on your behalf ("done-for-you" setup)

SnapSellGo may offer to help you set up your store. If you provide us with links to your own website, online store, or product pages, or otherwise ask us to import your products, you expressly authorise SnapSellGo to access those links and to retrieve the related images, titles, prices, and descriptions for the sole purpose of creating and populating your SnapSellGo store.

You confirm that the links you provide point to Content that you own or are authorised to use, and that this authorisation extends to the import and display of that Content on SnapSellGo. You may ask us to remove any imported Content at any time (see Section 6).

4. Licence you grant to SnapSellGo

So that we can operate the platform and promote your store, you grant SnapSellGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, adapt (for technical display purposes such as thumbnails and responsive formats), publish, and display your Content:

• On the platform: to display your products on your storefront and across SnapSellGo;
• For promotion: to feature, advertise, and promote your store and the SnapSellGo marketplace, including on SnapSellGo pages, in newsletters, in paid or organic advertising, and on social media.

This licence exists only to operate and promote the SnapSellGo service and your store on it. We will not sell your Content to third parties as stock imagery. The licence ends when your Content is removed, except for copies retained in routine backups for a limited period and any use already made before removal (see Section 6).

5. How we may adapt your images

To display your products correctly across devices, we may automatically resize, crop, compress, generate thumbnails of, and reformat your images (for example, converting between file formats). These changes are technical only and do not alter the substance of your Content.

6. Removing your Content

You can remove your Content at any time by deleting the relevant products, by closing your store, or by contacting us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. After removal, your Content will no longer be displayed on SnapSellGo. Copies may remain in our backups for a limited period before being permanently deleted, and any promotional material already published may continue to exist where it cannot reasonably be recalled.

7. Reporting infringing content

If you believe that Content on SnapSellGo infringes your rights, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a description of the Content, its location on the platform, and proof of your rights. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the Content.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of SnapSellGo after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
