Chemical-Free Vegetables
Product story The head of the group used to use chemicals in growing vegetables, but he was faced with higher costs and lower prices. He had to ask for loans for various years. After listening to His Majesty the Kingโs speech on sufficiency agriculture, the head of the group has begun growing vegetables organically with support from government agencies by making natural fertilizers and herbal insecticides for use at his plots. Later, the group selling chemical-free vegetables was set up.
What makes it special: The groupโs vegetables are always checked on a monthly basis for chemicals before distribution. They have been granted the Food Safety standard from the Ministry of Public Health.
