Trusted real estate in Phnom Penh since 2020
Abode Real Estate was founded in Phnom Penh in 2020 by Paul Ellender and Poleak Nget. The agency started in Daun Penh, the historic heart of the city, and now covers the wider metropolis and the provinces: Siem Reap, Kampot, Kep, Sihanoukville, Kandal and Kampong Speu.
Cambodia's property market is growing more competitive every year. Abode may not have the size of the large international firms, but it builds its business on service quality, strong relationships and professional standards. Its core values are quality, honesty and integrity.
The team has a soft spot for Phnom Penh's heritage. The tree-lined boulevards and stately homes once earned the city the name "Pearl of Asia", and Abode is known for its colonial villas, Chinese shophouses and renovated flathouses, alongside modern condominiums such as The Bridge and Bassac Lane.
Today the agency focuses on quality rentals and sales: furnished apartments for expatriates and families, villas with gardens and pools, land, hotels and buildings for investors. Every listing is presented carefully, with accurate information.
Visit the office at #46E2, Street 144, Phsar Kandal 2, Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. Phone +855 17 400 100 or +855 17 400 700, email info@abode-realestate.com.
I pride myself on ensuring every listing is presented well and information is accurate and available. I believe communication is as important as information, and I work hard to meet the needs of each client as best I can.
