Report a review that breaks the rules
If a review breaks our rules, press Report and choose the reason. Our team checks every report and emails you the decision. A negative but honest review stays online: we only remove reviews that break the rules.
Do it now in your shop
- Reasons: never my customer, insults or hate, personal information, threat or blackmail (asks for a refund or a discount), written by a competitor or a relative, not about my shop.
- The review stays online while we check it, except when it shows personal information: then it is hidden at once.
- If we remove the review, its author gets an email explaining why.
- A review we kept cannot be reported again for the same reason.
