Who can leave a review
On SnapSellGo, only real customers can review a shop. Each review shows a badge that says how the person knows the shop. The shop owner can never review their own shop.
Do it now in your shop
- Verified purchase: the buyer can review once the seller marks the order Sent, or 14 days after the order is paid.
- Booked an appointment: the client can review the day after the appointment date.
- Contacted the seller: 7 days after the first message, through the chat (the seller must have answered) or the contact form of the shop.
- One review per order. For an appointment or a contact, one review per shop.
