Our story

Connecting people and properties since 2003

Siam Real Estate was founded in 2003 on the island of Phuket by Richard Lusted, and is one of the first real estate brokers in Thailand. Richard saw early the potential of the Thai property market, and brought more than 40 years of business experience to build the company.

In 2005, Siam Real Estate became a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In 2006, Richard earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation and passed the valuation course of the Thai Real Estate Business School. The same year, his son Patrick Lusted joined the team, and became Managing Director in 2012.

The Siam Real Estate website received the Best Website award from the Thailand Property Awards in 2007, and was ranked number one in Thailand from 2006 to 2014. In 2012, the company launched the first Thai real estate apps for iPhone and Android.

Its mission is to make buying, selling and renting property in Thailand easy for foreign buyers, who often find the local rules complex. The team offers a wide choice of properties and advice adapted to each client, and speaks Thai, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, German and Russian.

Today Siam Real Estate has offices in Phuket, Bangkok and Krabi, and lists villas, condos, land and commercial property in Phuket, Samui, Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Krabi, Phang Nga and Chiang Mai.
