The export documents
Each shipment needs a commercial invoice, a packing list and an export declaration. A certificate of origin can lower the import taxes your buyer pays.
Do it now in your shop
- Commercial invoice: seller, buyer, products, prices and Incoterm.
- Packing list: number of boxes, weights and sizes.
- Export declaration: filed with Thai Customs, usually by your freight forwarder.
- Certificate of origin: apply online with DFT SMART C/O (Department of Foreign Trade, hotline 1385). Form D lowers import taxes in ASEAN countries.
