Check a payment and confirm the order
When a buyer says they have paid, your Dashboard shows the order with a link to the receipt. Always check your bank app before you confirm. The order stays pending until you do.
Do it now in your shop
- Open your Dashboard, then Orders, and find the order marked Buyer reports payment.
- Click View receipt and compare the amount with your bank app. A receipt is not money: check that it really arrived.
- When the money is in your account, click Payment to confirm, then Confirm payment received.
- Pack the order, send it, and mark it as sent.
