Photo & Content Usage Policy

SnapSellGo is operated by THAI LIFE REAL ESTATE CO., LTD., a company registered in the Kingdom of Thailand (company registration number 0575560000928), with its registered office at 228 Moo 8, San Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province 57000, Thailand ("SnapSellGo", "we", "us", or "our").

This Photo & Content Usage Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, display, and use the images, photographs, product descriptions, and other content (collectively, "Content") that you provide to us or authorise us to retrieve when you open and operate a store on SnapSellGo.

By checking the box that references this Policy when you submit or open a store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Your ownership of your Content

You keep full ownership of your Content. Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of your photographs, images, designs, brand, or product descriptions to SnapSellGo. They remain yours.

2. Your guarantees about your Content

By providing Content to SnapSellGo — whether by uploading it directly, by submitting links to your own website or online store, or by asking us to set up your store on your behalf — you represent and warrant that:

• You own the Content, or you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use it and to allow SnapSellGo to use it as described in this Policy;
• The Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party;
• The Content accurately represents the products you offer for sale;
• You have the right to grant the licence described in Section 4 below.

You are solely responsible for the Content you provide or authorise us to retrieve. If you do not hold the rights to a photograph or description, do not provide it and do not ask us to import it.

3. Content we retrieve on your behalf ("done-for-you" setup)

SnapSellGo may offer to help you set up your store. If you provide us with links to your own website, online store, or product pages, or otherwise ask us to import your products, you expressly authorise SnapSellGo to access those links and to retrieve the related images, titles, prices, and descriptions for the sole purpose of creating and populating your SnapSellGo store.

You confirm that the links you provide point to Content that you own or are authorised to use, and that this authorisation extends to the import and display of that Content on SnapSellGo. You may ask us to remove any imported Content at any time (see Section 6).

4. Licence you grant to SnapSellGo

So that we can operate the platform and promote your store, you grant SnapSellGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, adapt (for technical display purposes such as thumbnails and responsive formats), publish, and display your Content:

• On the platform: to display your products on your storefront and across SnapSellGo;
• For promotion: to feature, advertise, and promote your store and the SnapSellGo marketplace, including on SnapSellGo pages, in newsletters, in paid or organic advertising, and on social media.

This licence exists only to operate and promote the SnapSellGo service and your store on it. We will not sell your Content to third parties as stock imagery. The licence ends when your Content is removed, except for copies retained in routine backups for a limited period and any use already made before removal (see Section 6).

5. How we may adapt your images

To display your products correctly across devices, we may automatically resize, crop, compress, generate thumbnails of, and reformat your images (for example, converting between file formats). These changes are technical only and do not alter the substance of your Content.

6. Removing your Content

You can remove your Content at any time by deleting the relevant products, by closing your store, or by contacting us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. After removal, your Content will no longer be displayed on SnapSellGo. Copies may remain in our backups for a limited period before being permanently deleted, and any promotional material already published may continue to exist where it cannot reasonably be recalled.

7. Reporting infringing content

If you believe that Content on SnapSellGo infringes your rights, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a description of the Content, its location on the platform, and proof of your rights. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the Content.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of SnapSellGo after a change means you accept the updated Policy.

SnapSellGo is an online marketplace operated by THAI LIFE REAL ESTATE CO., LTD., a company registered in the Kingdom of Thailand (company registration number 0575560000928), with its registered office at 228 Moo 8, San Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province 57000, Thailand ("SnapSellGo", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SnapSellGo. By creating an account, opening a store, or otherwise using SnapSellGo, and by checking the box that references these Terms when you submit or open a store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who can use SnapSellGo

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use SnapSellGo. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

2. Your account and store

You are responsible for your account, your store, the products you list, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may set up a store on your behalf at your request; once it is created, you are responsible for it.

3. Your products and content

You are solely responsible for the products you list and the content you provide, including images, descriptions, and prices. You represent and warrant that you have the right to sell your products and to use the content you provide. The use of images and other content is also governed by our Photo & Content Usage Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Prohibited products and conduct

You may not list, sell, or promote anything that is illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or that infringes the rights of others. This includes, without limitation: counterfeit or replica goods; weapons; illegal drugs; regulated or hazardous items; content that is fraudulent, hateful, or sexually exploitative; and any item whose sale is restricted under applicable law. You also agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorised way.

5. Fees, plans, and commission

SnapSellGo charges 0% commission on your sales. You keep what you sell.

SnapSellGo offers a free plan and may offer optional paid subscription plans with additional features. The price and features of any paid plan are shown at the point of subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance and, unless stated otherwise, renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already paid, except where required by law.

6. Payments between buyers and sellers

SnapSellGo operates a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers. Sellers are paid directly through their own payment gateway or chosen payment method. SnapSellGo is not a party to the sale contract between a buyer and a seller, does not take possession of the products, and does not collect or hold the sale proceeds on the seller's behalf.

As a seller, you are responsible for: fulfilling orders, describing your products accurately, setting and honouring your own shipping, return, refund, and cancellation terms, handling customer service, and complying with all taxes and laws that apply to your sales. As a buyer, you are responsible for reviewing a seller's terms before purchasing.

7. Role of SnapSellGo

SnapSellGo provides the platform and tools that allow sellers to display and sell their products. We are not the manufacturer, seller, importer, or distributor of the products listed. Any dispute about a product, payment, delivery, or refund is between the buyer and the seller. We may, but are not obliged to, help resolve disputes.

8. Intellectual property

SnapSellGo and its logos, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our brand except as needed to operate your store on the platform. You keep ownership of your own content, subject to the licences described in these Terms and the Photo & Content Usage Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close any account or store that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is involved in unlawful or harmful activity, or where required by law. You may stop using SnapSellGo and close your store at any time.

10. Disclaimers

SnapSellGo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties of any kind regarding the platform, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You use the platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapSellGo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the platform or any transaction between a buyer and a seller. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SnapSellGo harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your products, your content, your sales, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes. Continued use of SnapSellGo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Thailand will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SnapSellGo, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
