You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through SnapPost.

By using SnapPost, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content and for ensuring that it does not violate any law, regulation, intellectual property right, platform rule, or third-party right.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapPost to:

• Publish unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or infringing content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the SnapPost service, systems, or connected third-party platforms.
• Use SnapPost in violation of applicable third-party platform rules, including Meta or Facebook platform requirements.

7. Third-Party Services

SnapPost may integrate with third-party platforms, tools, or APIs. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms, policies, and subscription rules.

We are not responsible for the availability, policy changes, pricing, restrictions, or actions of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of SnapPost at any time, with or without notice, including features connected to third-party services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SnapPost if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, or violate third-party platform rules.

You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimer

SnapPost is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific publishing outcomes, platform reach, engagement, account approval, or compatibility with all third-party services at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapSellGo and SnapPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or service interruption arising out of or related to your use of SnapPost.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of SnapPost after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
