Data Deletion Instructions for SnapPost
If you have used SnapPost through Facebook Login or connected Facebook Pages to SnapPost, you may request deletion of your data from our systems at any time.
How to request deletion

- Include the email address associated with your SnapPost account.
- If applicable, include the Facebook Page name or Page ID connected to SnapPost.
What data may be deleted
Upon verification of your request, we will delete or anonymize, as applicable, the Facebook-related data stored by SnapPost, which may include:
- Facebook access and refresh tokens stored for account connection.
- Connected Facebook Page identifiers and related authorization metadata.
- Associated connection logs or records required only for the social publishing integration.
- Other Facebook-related data stored by SnapPost, where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
What may not be deleted immediately
Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or internal backup purposes.
If some data cannot be immediately removed from backups, it will be securely isolated and deleted according to our retention practices.
Alternative method through Facebook
You may also remove SnapPost access directly from your Facebook account settings:
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find SnapPost and remove it.
Removing the app from Facebook will stop future data sharing, but you should still contact us if you want previously stored SnapPost data to be deleted from our systems.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
